RETURN POLICY

Our spas stand behind our products and services and your satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to provide high quality, effective professional skin care services and products.
 

In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 14 days of purchase.


How to Return an Item

  • Review the entire Return Policy below.

  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your item by calling us at 877-379-3365 Mon-Fri 9:30AM – 6PM (EST).

  • Include the unopened product complete with pieces, printed materials, promotional items, and accessories, in the product’s original packaging. The product must be in re-sellable condition.

  • Include a copy of your packing slip and write the RMA number on the outside of the box that the product is being shipped in.

  • Mail your return within 14 days of purchase to:

  • Please note that processing returns may take up to 30 days.

Return Policy

We offer two types of returns on products only, a Replacement or a Refund.

Replacement: Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product.

 

Refund: Products can be eligible for a Refund. Returns for a Refund will incur a 25% restocking fee. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs on Refunds.

Prior authorization is required on all product returns.Any returns sent to us without return authorization will not be accepted.

Returned items are subject to inspection by our spa staff. All products, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned and in resalable condition. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.

Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

All scheduled appointments are subject to our cancellation policy. We require any appointments which may need to be rescheduled are done so 48 hours prior to appointment time. If cancelled less then 48 hours, client will incur full loss of deposit.
